At St Michael's nurseries, we believe in supporting our staff and value the contribution that each individual can make. We are always looking for people that have something different to offer, and can use their initiative for creative ideas. In turn we provide a positive working environment and excellent staff benefits.
We employ qualified staff in our nurseries, and we also take on students and volunteers from time to time. All our members of staff have or are working towards, an NVQ 3 in Child Care as a minimum qualification, and have regular training in all aspects of child development.
